Nestled on an elevated site in the foot hills that hug Te Awanga, our cellar door has views down through our 42 acres of vines, across the Te Awanga basin and out to the wide blue Pacific Ocean.
Decked out in white and plywood, our home in the Bay, with its sea views and salty air, is reminiscent of a New Zealand summer spent at the bach (holiday home).
Chill, take your time and taste your way across the range from award-winning winemaker Rod McDonald – Trademark, Quarter Acre, Te Awanga Estate, One Off, and Mister.
All day wine tasting and grazing (our menu changes seasonally, but click here for our style of food) works by local artists and once a month during summer, we hold our world-famous-in-Te Awanga Sunday Sessions with live music from local artists on our front lawn. Or down-tools and stay a while in our cosy but cool Vineyard Apartment above the cellar door.
